ManageIT Core has a one-hour response commitment. ManageIT Plus guarantees a response within 15 minutes. ManageIT Pro guarantees a live expert response within five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
RITIS is DivergeIT’s Real-Time IT Intelligence System. It continuously monitors your environment, detects inactive accounts, surfaces anomalies, and provides leadership with live visibility into IT health. RITIS reporting, monthly reviews, and automated account disabling are included in ManageIT Plus and Pro.
Yes. AugmentIT add-ons are available to any ManageIT client at any tier. These cover capabilities such as onsite server support, forensic data recovery, disaster recovery execution, advanced network architecture, and more.
ManageIT includes foundational security capabilities including patch management, access controls, and monitoring.
