What is the difference in response times across tiers?

ManageIT Core has a one-hour response commitment. ManageIT Plus guarantees a response within 15 minutes. ManageIT Pro guarantees a live expert response within five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What is RITIS and which tiers include it?

RITIS is DivergeIT’s Real-Time IT Intelligence System. What happens if my response time guarantee is not met?

What is the difference between Fully Managed Services and Co-Managed Services?

Fully Managed Services (our ManageIT offering) is where an organization outsources all of the IT Support function to DivergeIT. We manage your IT support with our people, our process and our systems to deliver amazing support. Co-Managed Services is where an organization wants to keep pieces of their people, processes and systems in place and we step in to help them run their IT Support. The key is to determine which model is best for your organization. DivergeIT can help walk you through the pros and cons of each based on your enviroment.

Does DivergeIT offer outsourced IT Help Desk services separate from full Managed Services?

Yes, DivergeIT has several clients that have hired us to manage their IT Help Desk while they continue to manage other parts of their IT system. It is hard for organizations to properly staff and operate a IT Help Desk and so they turn to DivergeIT to do it for them.
